Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
You must inspect goods promptly and report any damages or shortages within 2 working days from date of delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer:

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (Distance Selling Regulations).
To cancel, contact us via sales@bee4ltd.co.uk and return the goods in their original condition.

If you are a business:

Returns are accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
Faulty goods must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Orders for bespoke or personalised signs (e.g., with your logo or specific wording) are non-refundable unless faulty.
It is your responsibility to check proofs and specifications before approval.
