Returns Policy

At The Safety Sign Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something's gone wrong on our end or your items have arrived damaged, we’ll make it right – fast and at no cost to you.


Free 30-Day Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

The item was damaged in transit

There’s been a manufacturing or printing error

You received the wrong item(s)

The product does not match what was approved in your final artwork (for custom signs)

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.


Order Modification and Cancellations

If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, please let us know urgently, and we will change it for you. In terms of cancellations, orders can be cancelled if the order hasn't yet begun production. 

Payment will be sent back to you within 1-2 working days of receiving your cancellation request.

There is no restock fee to be paid. 

How to Request a Return

If there’s an issue with your order, simply:

Email us at sales@bee4ltd.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the problem

Include a clear photo showing any damage, defect, or error (if applicable)

We’ll get back to you within 1 working day to confirm next steps and arrange a return or replacement


What Happens Next?

If we confirm the issue is on our side, we’ll either:

Arrange a free collection or provide a return label

Send a replacement item at no extra cost

Offer a full refund, depending on your preference


Exclusions

Our free returns policy does not apply to:

Orders where the issue was caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer (e.g. spelling mistakes in custom text)

Unwanted items or changes of mind (for personalised or made-to-order products)

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
